You will find your company's name on your table(s) when you arrive.
Set-up time is Saturday from 8:00 am to noon.
Exhibits may be open Saturday noon to 5:00 pm and Sunday, and Monday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Peak attendance days are Sunday and Monday.
Display materials may be sent directly to the hotel. Such information will be supplied by the Executive Director.
Exhibitors receive complimentary registration for the Convention, but are requested to submit names of those representatives in attendance so that name badges may be prepared.
If participation at the awards luncheon or workshops is requested, it is necessary to register and pay for those.
